1. Returns

Due to the nature of food, organic, and consumable products, we currently do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

This policy helps us maintain:

  • Hygiene standards

  • Food safety regulations

  • Product freshness and quality

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or leaked product

  • You receive an incorrect product

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

  • The package is tampered with or visibly damaged

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • Provide your order ID

Once verified, we will process the refund.

3. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue was from our side

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Products purchased during clearance or special discounts (unless damaged)

6. Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, a refund or replacement may be provided after verification.
